My teaching methods are tailored to each specific student. Generally for exam based studies I focus rigorously on the exam board specification for the subject and ensure that my student has thorough knowledge on these concepts. We identify which areas are the weak points for the students and spend lesson time developing a broader understanding of these areas. I provide students with notes or teach students how to effectively take notes if they prefer. There is also a major focus on exam-style questions which is assessed in exams. This allows students to develop exam technique in a low-stress setting to feel prepared when the date of the official exam arrives. We track progress using resources from myself, provided to students, alongside past papers, and progress at school. I provide reports to parents when requested.
