Conducting initial assessments to understand client's fitness level, health history, goals and preferences.
I help clients to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-based workout plans. (SMART goals)
Exercise Demonstrations and Technique Guidance
I Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, form, and movement patterns to enhance clients performance and ensure they are performing exercises safely and effectively.
Providing corrections, and feedback during workouts to help clients improve their exercise.
Progress Tracking and Monitoring
Monitoring client progress, performance, and adherence to the workout plan.
Tracking metrics such as strength gains, cardiovascular endurance improvements, body composition , and track overall confidence from when clients first start through to the end.
I will make sure to put time and effort into everyone of my clients progress, as paying effective attention to them will ensure they stay disciplined and keep them on course to be the best they can be
Motivation and Accountability
Providing encouragement, motivation, and positive reinforcement to help clients stay committed to their fitness journey.
