I typically use Powerpoints to convey my lessons, supplemented by videos and some practice questions to go through together at the end.
I prioritise making a safe and comfortable environment for students to learn in of all different learning capabilities, and encourage asking questions heavily :)
I'm more than happy to make specific lessons to tackle pre-discussed topics, or to try alternative ways of teaching that may suit the student better - whether it be exam practice or knowledge building.
Having recently completed my GCSE and subsequent A-Level Biology qualification, I can easily understand and relate to common difficulties that current students have and can give some sure-fire tips to gain top marks. Stress and anxiety are entirely normal emotions to have upon revision and examinations and I will try to help mitigate those feelings and provide an enjoyable learning experience for all.
