Hospitality and catering has always been my passion and favourite subject. I believe teaching learnersto understand catering industry will equip them to pursue a successful career in catering industry.
Throughout my experience as a lecturer, I have learned to resilient, and ensure that all deadline are meet despite challenges. I also believe in knowing one's weakness and work hard to make it strength.
I am therefore confident that I do qualify for this position and with hard work and perseverance shown and acquired during my work experience, I will successfully achieve what it expected of me.
