We will work online via zoom at time of you convenience. We will familiarise ourselves with each other and agree how we will work together for your benefit. We will begin by identifying your learning preferences and strengths, and exploring your core values and worldview, so we both appreciate how this influences who you currently are and who you want to become. We will then co-create a learning strategy and you will begin to acquire the knowledge, skills and experiences that will enable you to lead effectively in the areas you choose to.
