I have five years of teaching English writing and journalism experience to Pakistani students. I have worked as an English editor and writer at leading global newspapers and my work has been widely published. I can teach basic essay writing, structure, and different forms of writing such as narrative non-fiction, fiction, article writing, reports, long-form features, news, research papers, and scripts for short text-based videos.
For my class, bring nothing except yourself and attention to detail. My lectures will be in the form of PowerPoint presentations explaining the lesson in form of visuals and text. The lessons would consist of step by step process, and brainstorming ideas for writing. After the lesson, you will take back home some guidelines, sometimes a reading list for inspiration, and worksheets for practice.
