1)My name is Swati Nhiwekar and I am an innovative trainer having nearly 15 years of experiences in teaching and training.

2)Teaching is my passion and if anyone would ask me what is the best thing can you do and my answer would be teaching even in a situation if I do not have any tools for the same.

3)I have the ability to provide knowledge to any student whether they have more or a less ability to understand and grasp.

4)I have innovative and best ways of making students understand different topics based on their comfort and level of understanding which thereby increases their trust/faith in their teacher. With this they are more open to taking feedback and asking more doubts without any hesitation and they will love to work on their shortcomings and the feedback given if any.

5)I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and I am extremely organized, sincere and committed to my work with strong moral values and discipline.

6)I am proficient in English, experienced in teaching, and training both, well equipped with excellent interpersonal skills to train any student.

7)Teaching Styles: Are different for different students as every student is different. This may include notes, key pointers, summarization of the topics and assignments. I present my teachings in a comprehended, effective, dramatic and make us of interactive methodologies.

8)Follow-up: I do a thorough follow-up is while assessing the students progress. I also provide regular feedback to the students for their timely improvisation.

9)Alongside educating students, I also ensure that the knowledge imparted to them develops their overall personality and skills.
