Every language learner is different and I always ensure that my lessons reflect that. Some have fantastic memories, some need to write everything down and some are visual learners.

I enjoy teaching both French and Spanish at GCSE but recently I have been teaching Spanish for business too. It is very satisfying when a client returns from a trip and informs me that a) they've used their new Spanish skills and b) their clients appreciated them making an effort.

With both Pearson and Edexcel exam boards, you can really make a difference by improving your speaking and writing skills and this is where a tutor can prove really useful. I'm happy to do a one off "confidence" lesson or build up some resources for the different topic areas. I have 25 years' teaching experience and I also mark the Spanish writing paper for Edexcel.
