When it comes to tutoring history, I have often found that visual learning is the most effective technique. This can range from powerpoint presentations - which i thoroughly enjoy preparing! - or even recommending brilliant documentaries for my students. Yet recognizing that each student learns differently, I prioritize getting to know them individually, which allows me to tailor lessons to their unique needs over time. With a solid background in history, having studied it at GCSE, A Level, and for four years at university, I’m well-versed in the subject and highly experienced in essay writing and presentation skills. My goal is to translate this expertise into my teaching while also listening to my students and supporting them on their personal educational journeys.
