I have tutored young pupil sitting their eleven plus exams, I am competent in creative art teaching children from year one to year six. I have also provided private tution in mathematics English and science for pupils from year One to year six. I have prepared home work for my pupils and marked them according to the marking scheme provided.
I have checked the progress of the pupils in question and either recommended extra intensive tutoring in order to catch up with the level of attainment required.
I am attuned to the current educational level of achievement and I am able to deliver the material required for extra tution. I would get extra curricular materials suitable for appropriate level involved in art and creativity class .
Some pupils are more inclined to learning in groups , I am able to tutor groups of four or five depending on their level , I have engaged in reading to pupils in year two group at a mainstream school.
I look forward to seeing my pupils excel in the subject I have taught within a six month period. In my past experienced, I have observed that pupils that excel the most are the ones who have engaged in class and gone ahead to research further on the homework
given.
Constant engagement to learning has also played a major role with pupils' progress. I also adopt the phrase if at first you don't succeed ,try, try, try again. I am keen on helping pupils succeed within a short time. Depending on their level of ability.
