Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety, overwhelm and a lack of confidence in your ability to achieve great academic results? Are you procrastinating, unproductive or feeling that it's pointless? If so, coaching might be the answer! I work with students who would like to feel more motivated, ambitious and confident in their studies. Together we will challenge the negative thoughts and emotions that are holding you back, we will work out what results you want and make a plan that delivers them. We will identify the obstacles and work out strategies for overcoming them - this will involve goal setting, time management and revision planning and learning how to manage your mind with self-coaching techniques that nudge you towards a healthier, more positive approach to your work (and life!).
Coaching is relaxed and often fun - it is simply a conversation in which I ask lots of questions and you find the answers that have been there all along. All you need to do for a great coaching session with me is to bring your curiosity, a willingness to learn about yourself and a desire to achieve your full academic potential. Easy as that!
