In relation to teaching, I am familiar with the directing style – which promotes learning through the use of listening and following directions. The discussing style – learning through interaction, and the delegating style, which promotes learning through empowerment. Each style plays a vital role depending on the learner's needs and the subject being taught. I have worked with children and adults from different countries and feel very comfortable learning different cultures and have the ability to make my students feel comfortable and confident.

My hobbies are hiking, traveling, and meeting individuals from many different cultures. These experiences have taught me to be open-minded, adaptable, and curious – qualities I bring into my teaching. I enjoy learning about how others live, think, and communicate. These interactions enrich my worldview and help me better understand my students’ backgrounds and learning needs.

I like to use visuals in order to allow my students to meet their maximum potential and I totally understand that some of us are visual learners and some are auditory, therefore there are many different ways to teach in order to accommodate all types of learners. I also integrate hands-on activities, storytelling, and real-life examples into my lessons to maintain engagement and create meaningful learning experiences. I believe in fostering a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment where students are not afraid to ask questions or make mistakes. My aim is to ensure that every student feels seen, heard, and empowered to reach their goals, both academically and personally.
