Compassionate enquiry and coaching to support your creative exploration in a gentle way that is focused on your enjoyment and flow as an artist. Through body-based work, conversation and exploration of self-defined ritual in creative practice, we identify what moves you and how we can free this up more. Coaching and mentoring support to overcome personal blocks and challenges to help you express yourself more freely.
Shared music making to build confidence and modelling various skills such as flow, collaboration, letting go, none-goal focused creativity, and producing pieces of music to share.

English GCSE:
Crwative writing exercises that support writing from what feels true to you - your voice. Support, mentoring and feedback to help with skills development in writing creatively. Awareness of the writing skills an examiner may wish to see, without this dominating your form of expression.
Working with the texts and exercises you have been given by your school English teachers to prepare for exams, covering the skills sought at this stage of study - exercises to understand the text through your own lens. Discussion, expression of your analysis in various modalities (ie writing and visual forms).
Deeper conversation around the meaning of the texts to your life and the world around you.
Working on chosen texts together, topics you feel interested and excited about - discussion, questions posed by me and you to explore.
