Surya Prakash

The nature of my work in education has prepared me for this position. My interest in teaching stimulated me to lead a project on "EKAL ABHIYAN" My role here was to aware the people in different villages about education so that they encourage their children to go to school. As part of this, I had to liaise with different students and parents,meaning that I have developed different skills in conversation and how talk and deal. I faced some challenges along the way, such as few students and parents are not literate in that situation to thought the was to difficult but in the end our team made the them understand the importance of education and finally they started learning.

In addition, I have successfully taught in a good approach/ strategy when teaching and found that this led to many positive student outcomes, such as problem solving efficiency of students increased . A key part of my career is helping students reach their potential, which I work towards by focusing on their modules when teaching.

As shown by my experience in schools, I am enthusiastic about education and always strive to do the best for my students. I am able to take on responsibility for learning and have experience of successfully managing a class. I also have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of this role.
