Tutoring is not the same as or a replacement for teaching in a classroom, although I can do the latter. The purpose of Maths tutoring is normally to build up the confidence in students and teach them the tools required to succeed in solving Maths problems. Also, sometimes it is important to show the relevance Maths in everyday life. The tutor does NOT replace hard work or the teacher. At the end of the day, if we can make Maths seem like fun, then the job is done! Remember, if you are not prepared to work, do not hire me.
