Sunny Wong

I am a BSc Theoretical Physics student at UCL looking to share my passion for maths to students of all ages and backgrounds! I have organised and led a tutoring program for 500+ secondary school students and personally tutored over 15 students. All of my students have left my class with a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts they were previously struggling with—thus giving them a greater chance in success in assessments.

I will adapt my teaching to your needs—whether that’d be preparing for GCSE’s or just wanting to do better in math class, I got you covered. All teaching materials I will provide and create so you can rest assured that the class is truly tailored to you!

Personally, I used to struggle with maths a lot—I was getting consistent C’s and D’s. That was until I met a wonderful tutor who pushed me and taught me how to get consistent A+’s (I was receiving 95% and above in all my STEM-based classes). Since then, I have used a combination of my practices and his techniques, sharing them with my students who have all consequently received similar results.
