I have completed 40 hours as a teaching assistant, creating resources, marking work, and aiding students.

Through that I enhanced student engagement by developing interactive worksheets and precisely evaluating student assignments, ensuring prompt feedback.

I provided tailored assistance to students, boosting their academic performance and co-creating innovative lesson plans, enriching the learning environment.

Finally, I helped to organise resources and optimise classroom workflows, enhancing efficiency.

Using my experiences and wealth of knowledge as both a student and the opposite I will strive to make use of a format that is both attention-grabbing and engaging and combine that with a dynamic that is best suitable for both of us.
