I teach my students exam technique the most, as that is what achieves the most marks. I encourage spaced repetition, and practising skills so they can be applied in exams.
I also like to make sure the lesson is chilled back, so there is no pressure on students, however i make sure work is done. I’m very humorous and love to make the lessons memorable and engaging, as i find that helps students enjoy the learning experience better.

In my experience with tutors, i found when they go through examples of questions with me, and using slideshows have helped a lot, which i also intend to do with my students. Since im mainly teaching Maths at SATs level, i use a lot of practice questions to encourage applying knowledge, so they are confident in their exams. I also give tips and tricks to score high marks, as i used the same tips and scored very well in my SATs.
