As a current BSc Midwifery student, my education has instilled in me the understanding that professionals in any field require a diverse set of skills and attributes when working with individuals of varying needs. My coursework has emphasized the importance of qualities such as empathy, care, numeracy skills, honesty, humour, patience, flexibility, respect, and trustworthiness.

Moreover, my studies have introduced me to the '6 Cs of nursing' and the significance of implementing them in practice. These key skills not only form the bedrock of positive relationships with individuals but also contribute to effective teamwork and precision in task execution. This will ensure all tasks are completed accurately and will help to perform the job role to the best standard.

My passion for education, coupled with my Midwifery training, has led me to believe that education is the cornerstone of societal progress. I believe education is the central institution for any society to advance in life and teaching play a crucial part in the development of individuals.

These are one of the reasons why I want to be a part of transforming the lives of the youth in reaching their full potential and prepare them for higher education and careers. I am driven by the desire to be a part of this transformative process, gaining invaluable experience, and expanding my knowledge and skills to excel in this significant role.
