My lessons usually begin with a warmup, followed by content learning and finally questions practice to reinforce the lessons learned. I use an online platform that allows me to use a whiteboard, and can be accessed by email. I have been teaching online professionally for a year now, so I am very experienced with online platforms. I have taught students with learning disabilities, including ADHD and dyslexia, and they have reported a positive outcome from my lessons. I usually try to assess my students before teaching so I have a good understanding of my students level and current progress, and continued communication with my students parents is a must in order to be as effective as possible.
I have achieved all grade 9's and A*s in my GCSE and A levels, and I truly believe I know how to learn and revise, something that once students learn, they will be able to apply to all their subjects. I am familiar with all exam boards, and teach both foundation and higher for all my subjects. Engaging students is very important, and I use many different resources, including presentations, in order for my students to understand as effectively as possible.
I am happy to answer any questions regarding availability and rates (which are very flexible), so please get in touch :)
