Lessons start with ways to measure the figure and get the perspective correct, making marks with different materials, moving on to portraits and full figure drawings. and how to apply shading.
If students should wish to exhibit their work in art galleries, advice on how to approach art galleries
will be given along with teaching on how to present a portfolio to curators of galleries, there will also be advice on how to mount an exhibition, price work and write an artists statement.
Private views are a great way to get sales of work, I teach how to go about organising one, and who to invite,and what to provide by way of refreshment.
