I have taught many Spanish people, from 3 year old ,using play ,to adults for work. I like to make it fun and interesting using whatever method suits the individual, whether it's games ,music or reading for example. 1 to 1 personal meetings are so much better , I can concentrate on pronunciation and listening. And I find out their weaknesses and correct them before they become a bad habit
