Great passion for teaching,step by step approach in teaching,
understand the strengths and needs of the student and frame my work accordingly, make lessons with clear objectives,giving the feedback to students,promoting student interaction through dialogue thereby making learning a joyous process.

Methodology:

I start with what is the students'idea on the basics in a lesson and then build upon the concepts gradually and systematically without rushing through, with constant dialogues and examples with usage of technology, thereby the concept is learnt easily.
