My main focus is interacting with students. This process mainly used for engaging students that'll enable skills and values.
Each and every session I use my teaching process such as planning, implementing and evaluating.
*Instead of planning students attention, time requirements of complete the sum and strategy need to complete the problems.
*Interaction of the teacher and student is important in the accomplishment of the plan. Use of different teaching style and strategy are included in this phase.
*A match of the objective with the students outcome will be made. Answers the questions if the plans and implementation have been successfully achieved. Finally collect the feedback from the students.
That teaching is a goal oriented with the change of behaviour as the ultimate end ,that teaching is a rational and a reflective process. That teacher's by their actions can influence students to change their own thinking.
