I understand that Mathematics can be intimidating and a difficult topic. Learning basic Mathematical topics such as percentages, logic, and solving word problems is essential foundation for almost all careers (yes even artists!). My goal is to enable and empower students to tap into their potential & strength to understand mathematical topics. I will ensure to support you with all the tools that you need and share a healthy relationship with numbers. The key is to identify your area/areas of strength and use that to learn all mathematical topics. Eg: Did you know that if you are good at music, you can very easily identify patterns and use that for solving your Mathematics problems or if you are good at language you can restructure/rephrase the question and use that to solve logic. A lot of Mathematics is about understanding what we are trying to solve, more importantly why we are trying to solve it. If you are stuck or find a mathematical topic hard (eg: calculus). We don't have to stay on that topic. We can move on to other more practical topics like commercial arithmetic which is used day-to-day by financial institutions like banks, and come back to calculus later on. The focus is on doing what you enjoy and like, using that moment to work on topics that are harder.
