I like to have a full plan and guide to help us throughout the learning period. I like to promote growth mindset and career coaching embedded within my lessons. I like to use technology and use of Formative assessments through quick polls and surveys. I will give granular feedback and feedforward. I encourage my learners to self and peer evaluate. I love creativity. I enjoy exploring diverse cultures and social emotional learning. I like to pose a hook at the beginning of the lesson to draw attention and enthusiasm.
I enjoy practical conversations and investigation real life problems to apply the learning and knowledge. I will practice mock examinations with my learners to raise confidence.
