Does your child need to fill in gaps and build confidence to ready them for KS2 SATS or GCEs? I have vast experience in Primary and Secondary classrooms and in tutoring and a very strong track record in closing gaps, supporting students to make rapid progress and helping them to build their confidence to become sucessful learners. I am a friendly and approachable teacher with over 20 years experience. I am currently a KS3 high school teacher of Maths but have taught at primary year 6 for 15 years and also several years teaching English overseas. I have also tutored many students at home and online for many years.

I believe that active learning is the best way to help students progress. I have excellent skills in assessing gaps in learning and devise lessons that help to move students on to their next steps - meaning that bespoke lessons are taught based on student's needs and ability levels. I have tutored previously in Maths at KS2 and Ks3, English up to GCSE and English as a foreign language.
