I am lecturer and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) with over 4 years of experience in designing modules, teaching and implementing research agenda within the field of business Management. I also have over 14 years practical business management industry experience within the banking space as a project team lead and senior business analyst. I hold a PhD in Management and, an MSc in Management from Robert Gordon University respectively, along with a BSc (Hons) in Management Science (2.1). Stephen is a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner, a certified member of the Association for Project Management (APM), a certified practitioner of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, (Affiliate Member), and Affiliate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (AMCIPD). Stephen is also a Member of Chartered Management Institute, (MCMI), and an Affiliate Member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ACIPS) and a member of Energy Institute, United Kingdom.
