As a dedicated and passionate mathematics educator, I have always had a natural inclination towards mathematics, and my love for the subject has only grown stronger as I have gained more experience teaching it.

My fascination with mathematics began at a young age, I have always been drawn to the beauty and logic of the subject. My passion for mathematics ultimately led me to pursue an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance, where I was able to apply my mathematical knowledge to real-world problems and gain a deeper understanding of its practical applications.

As a private tutor for several years, I have had the privilege of helping students of all ages and backgrounds develop their skills and confidence in mathematics. This experience has allowed me to hone my teaching skills and gain a deeper appreciation for the impact that one-on-one sessions can have on a student’s learning.

My teaching philosophy is centred around the belief that every student has the potential to succeed in mathematics with the right support, guidance, and encouragement. I am committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn. I believe that by engaging students in active and collaborative learning experiences, I can help them develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.

I am adept at using technology and interactive tools to enhance learning, and I am always looking for ways to make the subject more relevant and engaging for my students. I prepare and update my resources to suit students’ levels, also use the national curriculum as a guide to my lesson plans.

Different learning techniques can aid with students learning at different points of their education.
