I study the most recent curriculum, pass papers, mark scheme and examiners report in drafting my lesson notes and class activities.
I work at students pace, mindful of the time frame we have before exams, and make sure we are there before the exam date, my teaching strategies involves engagement during and after teaching period, it's interactive and packed with activities, mostly learners activities.
