I tutor mainly online, mostly on Zoom. The standard pattern is a one-hour session, usually once a week although longer or more frequent sessions are fine if you prefer. Normally we will agree a topic in advance and begin with some very basic definitions and questions, which you can usually answer without difficulty, before going on to a slightly more challenging one that requires more thought. I will provide some worked examples to help you before you 'take wing' yourself. Slowly, the problems get harder but you will be able to do them as they are building on earlier, simpler examples.
A visual format (whiteboard and so on) will sometimes be used if required.
