As an experienced educator and Head of Maths, I believe that learning should be tailored to each student. I work closely with students to understand their individual needs and create a dynamic that motivates them. My focus is on fostering a comfortable environment where students feel confident to ask questions and explore topics in depth. I enjoy discovering how each student learns best and adapting my teaching approach accordingly.
