For the past 8 years, I have been involved in various IT projects, which have not only helped me grow professionally, but also contributed to the success of companies. I managed the development of a PRM system that serves more than 20,000 users, as well as optimized processes for a payroll system for employees in the FMCG industry. My accomplishments also include launching a financial technology project with a $120,000 budget and successfully attracting $2 million in investments for an HR technology startup. Additionally, I understand the importance of resources and how to allocate them efficiently. For instance, I saved more than $100,000 for businesses by auditing and optimizing their operations.In my current position at B2G, I have received the status of resident of Innopolis and Astana hubs, which has opened up new opportunities for my professional development.
