My lessons are more learner centered. I mostly use techniques such as discussions, questions and answers, brainstorming and many more. I believe in my students capabilities and always bring out the best in them. I make sure my learners understand the content of the lesson and allow them to think for themselves. My philosophy is that learners learn best when they are allowed the opportunity to participate in the teaching and learning process.
