I allow my students learn at their own pace, in other words, I tailor my lessons according to their learning needs at any point in time. I don't make assumptions. I always start with a language proficiency test, then I develop lesson plans based off the test results.

I do not have a one-sized curriculum for every student because I believe that my learners are special in their ways and can move milestones if allowed to learn at their own pace, in the language they best understand.
