I have experience teaching at KS3 level in a local secondary school. I worked for a year here, teaching both History and English to years 7, 8 and 9. My aim as a teacher is to create an environment where every pupil is able to access the work and therefore learn. I have a passion for history and see it as being a subject that everyone can enjoy. I often link my lessons to local history or to the interests of pupils. Which instils a drive in pupils to find out more for themselves.
