I tutor Maths, Chemistry and Biology at both GCSE and A-Level (A-Level Biology, Chemistry - OCR A, A-level Maths - OCR B, GCSE Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, Biology - AQA). I am currently completing my A-levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths, sitting my exams in June 2025 with predicted A*A*A*. My achieved qualifications are: seven 9's (Biology, Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths, Physics, English Language, Music), three 8's (German, Media, Latin) and one grade 7 (English Literature) achieved at GCSE level in 2023. Furthermore, I am a medicine offer holder at Imperial College London and University of Bristol.

I started my tutoring experience by volunteering to teach in a maths programme at a primary school, which showed how much I enjoy teaching and what a difference I can make with students. During Sixth Form, I founded and led the Medicine Society, and was also a house captain. These roles developed my skills in organising presentations and engaging confidently with a diverse range of people, skills I see to contribute to the quality of teaching I can provide to my students. Teaching is a passion I have recently discovered and aim to share my teaching to those to improve their confidence and mastery in these subjects, as well as improving my own skills by teaching a wide variety of students.

These subjects are challenging for many students come exam season, so I aspire to create an approachable and adaptable learning experience for my students to maximise their understanding and mastery of these subjects. Using my teaching experience within primary and secondary schools, my approach with students is to start with key definitions, focus on the main ideas to understand and finish by tackling exam style questions related to the topic to reinforce the information learnt. This is all on a tailored Google Slides presentation for students to go through and revisit when needed. In addition, I make use of quizzes and flashcards to stimulate active recall of previous topics and themes, which ensures retention and recognition of concepts. These are methods I used for my own revision for my exams.
