About me

I am an experienced educator of mathematics, having taught a variety of IB mathematics courses as well as actively teaching higher education students. On a day-to-day basis, I work as a researcher in applied mathematics, finding mathematical patterns in everyday scenarios. Maths is my passion and I thoroughly enjoy being able to share it with others.

I am an experienced educator of mathematics, having taught a variety of IB mathematics courses as well as actively teaching higher education students. On a day-to-day basis, I work as a researcher in applied mathematics, finding mathematical patterns in everyday scenarios. Maths is my passion and I thoroughly enjoy being able to share it with others.
In my teaching, I focus on developing students' understanding of the problem. I am only partially satisfied when the students can reproduce the examples we have covered. It is very important for me that the students can also apply their skillset to new, unseen examples.
I would be happy to help anyone who needs help at a GCSE, A-level, IB or university level. I am confident teaching a variety of courses, especially relating to the applications of mathematics at the higher education level.
I will happily teach online, but I am also available for in-person teaching in the Surrey area.
