- Confidence building exercises e.g. practice conversations and scenarios
- We will always reflect on how the session went in the last 5-10 minutes so that I am aware of what needs to me targeted as we move forward
- You will receive a copy of the session breakdown via email if requested alongside progress for you to track between sessions
- Relaxed sessions , no stress zone , all good energy :)

Very knowledgeable and professional. Stacey has a real easy going nature and is able to explain and teach even the most complex routines to less experienced dancers. She is calm and friendly and her teaching method makes learning fun. Thanks to Stacey, I mastered my routine and felt confident in performing at my event!
