I have few years experience as a biology teacher. I have also experience in a wide variety of educational techniques to instruct effectively. I will take the curriculum framework and develop the lesson plan to instruct the entire course work, utilize technologies and hand on laboratory to further lessons effectiveness. I will also evaluate student performance regularly and keep evaluation records up to date. I will communicate well with other staff, students and their parents, including leading student conferences each semester.
