I came across a different mentality of students who are very week turned to average students. Not only teaching subjects I always encourage their communication skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

The main criteria is to understand the concept and try to word out the situation stly, Being a personal tutor , I would likely to be friendly with students rather than being weird such that they can
ears open to my words . Secondly, with the facial expression I strongly attracted the students which completely capture their attention towards me. Finally, if they are not still understand the way I teaches i will change the process which they accustomed to listen .
