I ensure students make outstanding progress towards targets and gain knowledge. Monitoring and evaluating the quality of Teaching and learning. I motivate students to learn by utilising instructional strategies such as inquiry based etc. Students are expected to engage in cognitive thinking while teaching for better understanding of the topics.
