Hi! I am graduating this summer from Durham University with a degree in Sociology, starting a Post Graduate Degree in Law (PGDL) in September.

I have experience as an assistant in a primary school aged class for children with complex needs. With this experience I am very passionate about helping students to learn in a way that suits them best and will help them reach their potential, whilst also making learning fun.

Tutoring lessons from me are very individual to the specific child and can be focussed on any area of the subject which needs help. If there is no specific area that the child needs to focus on, lessons can consist of reading practice, grammatical accuracy and spelling, and practice at creative writing. I tailor my teaching style to the individual as everyone learns best in different ways, however examples include spelling games and story board creation to help develop creative writing.
