I'm Sophie — a proud French native, and for the last 7 years, a Londoner in the vibrant, multicultural city of London.

My path has been anything but ordinary. After 17 years as a corporate finance manager, I took a bold leap to create a life that truly aligns with who I am.
Since then, I’ve embraced my passions and built a multi-faceted career that brings me joy every single day.

I’m a best-selling self-published crime novelist (over 10,000 copies sold) a certified transformational coach, a meditation teacher, and yes — a qualified pastry chef! I believe in living fully, learning constantly, and sharing what I’ve discovered along the way.

As a coach, writer, and teacher, I’m deeply passionate about human connection, storytelling, and helping others grow with confidence and purpose.
Whether I’m supporting someone through their French learning journey or guiding them towards greater emotional clarity, I bring creativity, empathy, and a sense of humour to everything I do.

What unites all these paths is my love for culture, language, and transformation — and my belief that it’s never too late to rewrite your story.
