I am a Life Coach and mentor offering support to A Level and Undergraduate students across the UK. I assist with an array of challenges ranging from time organisation and revision schedules, to emotional challenges and stress management. I tailor my sessions to fit your individual needs and requests. With a flexible approach I work with my tutees to build on their self confidence and academic motivation whilst encouraging students to honour their needs and study with self compassion to avoid burnout.
Having graduated from the University of Bristol with a First Class Honours in Neurosience BSc, I take from my life experience to inform my mentoring. Here I worked as a student mentor, providing emotional and practical support to first year students in need, to ensure that their transition to university was as smooth and as stress free as possible.
As a qualified Yoga teacher I can incorporate meditation and breathing practices into my sessions upon request, to work more on reducing stress and calming the mind.
