About me

I have been a student of yoga myself for over 18 years, but finally took the plunge and did my 200hr teacher training with the prestigious Sun Power Yoga school in 2020.
I trained in a combination of Vinyasa, Iyengar and Sivananda yoga, and I have since gone on to do further certification in prenatal (pregnancy) and postnatal yoga when I was pregnant with my little girl in 2022.

I trained in a combination of Vinyasa, Iyengar and Sivananda yoga, and I have since gone on to do further certification in prenatal (pregnancy) and postnatal yoga when I was pregnant with my little girl in 2022.
My favourite style of yoga to practice myself is Yin, so I also like to incorporate elements of this branch into my lessons. I would love to further train in this variation in the future.
My classes are a combination of strengthening postures, sun salutations, flexibility work and all finish with a calming savasana (relaxation). I also curate music playlists to go alongside my teaching which are available on Spotify.
Online lessons are a great way to partake in a yoga session if you struggle to get to in person classes maybe due to childcare or transport issues, or perhaps you have a specific goal or need in mind so would like a class that is more tailored to your requirements.
I can also teach purely pregnancy or postnatal classes if this is desired, or if you are a couple or pair wanting to practice a session just for the two of you I can also accommodate this.
