I am an experienced English teacher who is self-motivated and dynamic. I have a passion for working with young children and adults, and I have a deep interest in the subject that I teach. I particularly enjoy the challenge of keeping students engaged, and I have evolved as a teacher to keep my lessons interactive and progressive by making use of technology, collaboration, and discussion.
I am very well qualified for the online teaching position. In addition to my tertiary qualifications, I have been teaching English in the classroom for 14 years. For many of the students whom I have taught, English is not their home language, and I am therefore quite used to the challenge of helping them to become proficient in the language. For this reason, I completed a Level 5 TEFL Diploma course this year in my spare time. I am always excited to provide literacy and language support to students who are in need of it.
