Throughout the classes I will teach you how to do energy healing as a self-care and to be able to treat and provide healing to others. Most classes will consist of theory and to show and practice different energy healing techniques. These simple techniques will help to balance, open and connect your chakras promoting healing and a healthier vibrant bio-field. Practicing these methods will help you to improve your physical health, mental clarity and awareness, state of wellbeing and bring relaxation.
I will adapt the classes to the students needs. I like to follow the programs of my personal education adding my experience and the knowledge of many other holistic modalities I have been trained in. To list a few: Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, Usui and Karuna Reiki Master, The Hara Healing, Craniosacral Therapy, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Life Coach, Yoga & Pilates Instructor, Akashic Records.
I have been working as a bio-field therapist for more than 15 years in my private practice with outstanding results from my clients. This motivates me to continue learning and working in this field. I volunteered in a hospital, health fairs providing Healing Touch sessions to patients and staff. I have experience teaching Reiki Levels and organising energy healing circles for the community.
