Once the student gets comfortable, I examine what their strengths and weaknesses are and plan lessons that are best suited to them hence I prefer one to one sessions as it gives me the opportunity to teach the student the way they prefer and gives the student the opportunity to confidently speak up when confused or in need of extra support.
