My lessons are student-centred. I take into account the learning styles of the student, what their interests are and I find out from them what their needs are in learning English. If a student is interested in business for example , I will begin with The Basics and I will teach them the vocabulary and language skills needed in basic work situations, such as writing an email or giving a presentation. If a student is at intermediate or advanced proficiency, and wants to delve into daily News, they can choose their topic and we can read an article about that topic and have a discussion afterwards about things relevant to the subjsct matter
